Our house is fully restored and lies between the sea and the central shopping street Via Ugo Foscolo, the pedestrian mall after 8:00 pm.
Therefore you have the possibility to reach very good restaurants, nightclubs, stores and newsstandsby foot. Our apartmenthouse is only 30 meters away from the beach and 200 meters away from a big water amusementpark called Aqualandia.

A summer holiday means sun, beach and sea and that is why all the apartments and residences have a reserved place on the beach equipped with a sunbed, deckchair and umbrella.

While you are spending your holiday with us you will not have to worry about cleaning, we will take care of that. From 15 May to 16 September, the daily cleaning is carried out in each apartment.
